- Organization information, administrator and user contact details.
- Data entered into the system (student records, financial transactions, company records, etc.).
- Usage logs and analytics.

- To provide and improve our services.
- To communicate service updates, invoices, or support information.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
- We do not sell or rent data.
- We may share data with third-party processors (cloud hosting, payment gateways) under strict agreements.

4. Data Security
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
- We retain Tenant data for as long as the account is active.
- Upon contract termination, data will be deleted after 30 days or returned on request (a service fee may apply).

- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. A service fee may apply for access requests.

- We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify you of any material changes.
