01 · Technical basis
Calculations and procedures should show their basis.
Where a tool or technical note depends on a defined relationship, AccessRA documents the formula, variables, units, operating basis and important exclusions. OEM manuals, standards, project specifications and site procedures take precedence where they govern the actual equipment or operation.
Device-specific behaviour is not silently generalized. A reference calculation is identified as such rather than being presented as a complete design or custody-transfer calculation.
02 · Validation basis
A model is not field validation.
Technical material declares the highest validation basis it can defend: reference/explanatory, engineering model, simulation-backed, bench/workshop verified, field observed or field validated.
SolidWorks geometry, a HYSYS case or a Unity visualization can make internal behaviour understandable, but none automatically proves field performance. The publication must say what the evidence demonstrates and what remains assumed, illustrative or unverified.
03 · CAD & drawings
Reference geometry is classified before release.
CAD assets carry a revision and classification. Training/reference models are not described as OEM-certified geometry or fabrication drawings. Where dimensional verification has not been completed against an authoritative source, that limitation remains visible.
04 · Evidence & confidentiality
Possessing evidence does not make it publishable.
Field photographs, drawings, test records and videos are separately checked for technical relevance, publication rights and confidentiality. Restricted client/site information is not released merely to make a page appear more convincing.
05 · Revision & corrections
Engineering content remains reviewable.
Controlled publications can carry revision codes, technical reviewers, publication dates and review history. Material that loses its supporting proof can drop out of the public library rather than remaining online with an invalid evidence package.
If you identify a technical error, ambiguous field convention or stronger primary reference, submit a technical correction. Corrections are treated as engineering review input, not as ordinary marketing feedback.
