Delete your AccessRA data
The current AccessRA release stores calibration records and unfinished calibration drafts locally on your device. Use the option below that matches the information you want to remove.
Completed calibration records
Delete the record in AccessRA.
Open Records, select the calibration record and use the delete action. AccessRA asks for confirmation before removing a completed record.
Unfinished calibration
Discard the unfinished test.
From the Workbench, use the discard option for the unfinished calibration. The current app asks for confirmation before the draft is removed.
All local app data
Clear the app's storage or uninstall it.
Android allows you to clear AccessRA's application storage or uninstall the application. This removes local application data from that device, subject to any device or platform backup behaviour you have enabled.
Support information sent to AccessRA
Request deletion by email.
Email handbook@accessra.com from the address you used when contacting AccessRA. State that you are requesting deletion of information previously sent to AccessRA and provide enough detail for us to locate the relevant correspondence.
AccessRA accounts
No AccessRA account is required in the current release.
The current pressure-gauge calibration workflow does not require account creation or cloud synchronization. If online accounts are introduced later, this page and the app will provide the applicable account and server-data deletion route before that feature is released for normal use.
